These white flat lids are made from the bioplastic CPLA. This is the crystalline form of PLA. Just like PLA itself, it is biodegradable in the sense of EN 13432. CPLA is also starch-based and free from petroleum. The lids can be used with temperatures of up to 90 °C. They’re more heat-resistant than clear PLA lids.
